Guarantee of Flexible LED Display

General guarantee policy: One Year In-house Factory Repair/Replacement. Provided two years guarantee, charge additional 15% cost; for three years guarantee, charge additional 30%.

Explanation:

We provide one year warranty for our product, within in one year after shipping the product, we provide free spare parts, maintenance guide, technical support and free factory repair.

For technical support, such as how to install, how to configure the software and hardware, I will tell you by mail, or I can help you online through remote controlling support.

For most of the client, they purchase such kind of product for rental, music tour, road show and mobile use, so flexible led screen will be traveled around, folded, installed time and time again, and for most of the workers, they do not take care, pay more attention and be cautious during transportation, moving, installation and packing, they even handle the product roughly, so nobody can guarantee how long you can use the product, like our clothes, when we buy the clothes, usually we do not ask the seller how long you can wear. Our flexible LED screen is made of PC material, the module is connected with stainless steel wire, there is not any problem with 1000 times folding after test, so We just provide one year guarantee for our flexible led screen.

If there is some problem with the product, please send me email with the details, better with the picture. Please send me picture when the LED screen show pure white, red, green, blue, black and image. Most of the time, it is difficult to describe the problem by words, through picture it can help us analyze the product easily.

Usually you just need to tell us the problem and send me some picture, I will tell you what to do, if necessary I will arrange to send you the spare parts (without special demand, you do not need to send the defect parts back, but sometimes you need to send the bad one back for our study), you need to replace the defect part with my instruction, you’d better let your technical person to operate, or you need to invite a technician to help you if you don’t know how to use the tool. For most of the repair work, for example, we need to replace the PCB or LED lamps, we need to use iron solder.

For LED screen, the most of the problem is the LED lamps, the average life-span (longevity) of the LED lamp is 80000 hours, some LED lamp will work more than 80000 hours, some LED lamp will work less than 80000 hours, maybe some LED will die after 100 hours. For a LED screen, there are thousands and thousands of LED lamps, we cannot make sure every LED lamps will work with regular time. Therefore, sometimes we need to change the dead LED lamps with new one.

If you want to rental LED screen to others, you need to learn how to use iron solder, and how to replace the LED lamps, anyway it is an easy work, not complex for most of the people, you do not need any professional knowledge to do this work.

After sending me the description and picture of the problem, I will arrange to send you the spare parts, usually it will take about 5 to 15 days, because sometimes we also need time to prepare the goods if the stock is used up.

When we delivery the goods first time, we will send you some LED, LED module, plastic cover, screw and cable, usually we send you 0.3% as spare parts. If you need more spare part, you can buy some additional spare parts, so you can repair the LED screen without waiting more time for mailing spare parts from us. If you are making rental business or travel around, you’d better purchase additional spare parts besides we prepared for you.

For any problem, we’d better solve the problem at your side, we will provide you the necessary parts and guide instruction.

If you cannot solve the problem, you need to send the product back for repair, during the warranty time, we will not charge any cost, but you need to pay the shipping cost from you to us, after repairing, we will send you the goods, we will pay the shipping cost from us to you.

When you or us shipping the goods, we need to make an invoice with less value and simple package. You must need to notice us in advance to confirm the invoice and the package, if without notice in advance, we will refuse to accept the goods from courier.

Shipping Cost For Mobile LED Screen

Usually there is three kind of method to transport the goods from our factory located in Shenzhen China.

By sea, it is the cost saving method to ship the goods with large quantity and large volume, the shipping cost is about USD 100 per Stere (USD 100 / m³) （chargeable weight / measurement: 1 m³=1000 kgs）, and there is some additional cost such as booking cost, document cost, operate cost, loading cost and so on that totally cost about USD 200. Usually it will take about 20 to 45 days on the way, the shipping time largely depend on the location and the port, for example, from Shenzhen Sea Port to USA, usually it will take about 15 to 25 days, to Brazil, it will take about 35 to 45 days, to Europe, it will take 25 to 30 days.

When the goods arrive at your local sea port, you need to find an agent to declare the goods to your customs, you need to pay the duty and tax according to the value of the goods.

By air, usually it will take about 3 to 10 days to transport the goods from Shenzhen to overseas, if there is direct airline from Shenzhen to your nearby airport, it will be fast, if the airplane transfer several location, it will take long time.

By air, it will cost USD 2 to 7 per kg (chargeable weight/measurement: 1 m³=167 kgs).

When the goods arrive to your nearly airport, you need to declare your customs and pay the duty and tax if there is.

By door to door courier service, usually we can choose DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, EMS and so on, usually it will take about USD 4 to 9 per kg (chargeable weight / measurement: 1m³=140 kgs, or L X W x H /5000). To Europe and USD, it will cost USD 6 per kg by DHL door to door; to South America, it will cost about USD 9 per kg by DHL door to door.

Usually it will take about 3 to 10 days by door to door courier, the courier will help you clean your customs and send the goods to your hand directly, you do not need to pay extra payment except the duty and tax.

If the goods is large and we do not need to use the product urgently, we can arrange to ship the goods by sea, or by air. With small weight or volume, we’d better choose door to door courier service instead of by sea or by air. For example, the goods weight 100 kgs shipping to Brazil, shipping by DHL door to door, it will cost USD 900 with about 8 days; if shipping by sea, it will cost 200+100+200=USD 500 (because you need an agent to help you declare the customs, I think they will change you about USD 200), it will take 35 to 45 days on the way, and you have to fetch the goods from your sea port.

the size of portable led display

The portable led screen is composed of many small module, the size of the module is 192 mm x 192 mm ( or 160mm x 160 mm, or other size according to the model), so we can make nearly any size based on such module, like brick, usually the building is mainly composed of bricks. Between each module, they are connected by stainless steel wire, they can be folded with 360 degree (that’s why the whole led screen is flexible).

Many modules are connected together to make a panel. In order to pack, move and handle ( install or operate) easily, the panel size should not be too big or too small, if too big, it is heavy to move, if too small, there will be much connector and it takes much time to connect many panel to make a bigger screen.

Many panels can be connected vertically and horizontally to make a led screen as bigger as you want.

Because of the light weight, usually we just need to hang the whole led screen on the truss or on the wall, and we can hang a screen vertically or horizontally, for example, if we have 6 panels led screen with 0.768m width, 2.88m height, so we can make a led screen with 4.608m width, 2.88m height, if turning 90 degree, we can make two led screen with 2.304m height, 2.88m width.

To be exclusive distributor with led curtain screen

I'm glad to hear of your news again, thank you very much for your interest in our flexible led screen.

But i think i cannot tell you any information about the exclusive right for whole Europe.

Until now i don't believe that you know our product completely, the exclusive distributing right is a serious issue, we need to think and investigate, anyway it is not a game, we are making business, the profit and the risk exist both.

To be an exclusive distributor, i think you need to know the detail of the product, the characteristic, how to use, then you need to investigate the market and invest, therefore you know where is the market, how to market such kind of product and the demand quantity of the market.

For exclusive distributor, we will give market, offer special price and accredit our patent to protect the profit of our distributor. But we need order quantity to make sure our benefit, we invest much money and time to research and develop such kind of product, we also need to get profit to exist and develop.
